Fruitron Ripening Management System is the state-of-the-art ripening management controller that is highly efficient in fruit ripening in terms of power consumption and gas usage. The entire process is automated with sensors and proprietary logic which yields premium ripened fruits with minimal labour dependency
The complete ripening process is data logged onto a USB drive, HMI also generates trends and records every component working hours for regular maintenance. The controller can also be hooked up to a GPRS modem and the data can be populated onto a web server by which the user can monitor the chambers from any internet device
The colour of the fruit changes as per the ripening stage which gives a clear indication of the ripening status. There are Alarms and Indicators present in the display where the process parameters are indicated, alarms are activated if any deviation of the process is identified. A user can convey the acknowledgement of an alarm using the touch screen & also by the hardware switches on the panel
The intuitive touch display has been designed to show the user all the information of the process on a single screen. The display indicates Temperature, RH, CO2 and Ethylene values according to the process
