Applications
The post-harvest research chamber is used to do research on fruits for their degradation and ripening process. Various factors such as ethylene, co2, o2, temperature, relative humidity and temperature of the pulp can be studied for various fruits, vegetables etc. The chamber can also be extended to study the effect of N2, CO and various other gases on fruits, plants and vegetables.
