The Fruitron Manual Ripening System is the basic ripening system which ripens up to 5 rooms. The system consists of a Room Selector switch, a user-settable timer and a Dose switch. There are 5 indicators on the system which shows the dose status of the respective room. The system is connected to "Gas Dispensing Unit" which allows the passage of gas inside the room that has been set by the user. The Ethylene gas canister is connected to the GDU and the gas is passed into the room through solenoid and PU tubes.

State-of-the-art gas dispensing unit allows a constant supply of gas without any interruptions in the ripening process. Proprietary based high capacity cartridge attachment allows to ripe up to 200 tons of Bananas and Mangoes. User-friendly settings as per the room size.
