Calibration gas standards for Carbon Dioxide Quality Check (CDQC) Analyzsrs & GCs
Carbon Dioxide is usually used in food & beverages industry to preserve the quality of food products and carbonization of beverages.
Because of high demand of improved quality and purity of Carbon Dioxide (CO2), manufacturer must compulsorily install the impurity check analyzers or quality check analyzers. It is very challenging for analyzer service providers to calibrate these analyzers for given impurity components.
Here, we at CSL are constantly developing certified calibration gas standards prepared gravimetrically (ISO 6142) and analyzed on very accurate Gas Chromatography.

Calibration Gas Standards for Trace Oxygen
- We can supply as low as 2 ppm O2 in CO2 or N2
- Standard Calibration Gas for CDQC is 20 to 40 ppm Oxygen in Carbon Dioxide
- The CO2 used will be free of HCs and Sulfides
Gas Standard for Zero Calibration of Total HCs/ Sulfides
- Mainly High Pure Carbon dioxide is used for Zero Calibration
- We supply High Purity Carbon Dioxide with traces of known impurities
- Purity of Carbon dioxide (CO2) is 99.999%
